BOOKINGS
At the time of booking a $200 deposit is required in off peak times and a deposit of $400 for peak times. Upon receipt of deposit your booking will be confirmed and a receipt issued. In off peak times a bond along with full payment of hire is required before boarding the boat. School holiday hires need to be paid for one month before departure date. Payment may be made by cash, bank cheque, personal/business cheque, mastercard, or visa card (a 2.5% surcharge applies to credit card payment)

BOND
A $700 bond is required. Management reserves the right to increase the bond. On return of the boat hired the boat will be inspected.  Fuel used and any additional requested supplies will be charged to your account along with any damage to or extra cleaning of the boat or equipment.  

FUEL COSTS
Currently fuel charges are $40 per hour.  $42 per hour when one additional tinny is being towed.

ENVIRONMENTAL LEVY
An environmental levy of $5 per person per day applies.

CANCELLATIONS
After booking,  in the event of a cancellation, your deposit is refundable less a cancellation fee of $50 if a minimum of 60 days notice is given or if the boat is re-let for the period of the cancellation.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Firearms and pets are prohibited on board by law. No license is required to operate the houseboats or tenders.  At least one member of the boarding party must be 21years of age or over.  Prices may be subject to change without notice. Should you require that we accommodate your vehicle while you are aboard the houseboat, all care will be taken, but management will not be held responsible for damages incurred to the vehicle. In the unlikely event that a vessel becomes unavailable, a substitute vessel may be supplied. However we will not be held liable for any loss or expenses incurred by you due to a vessel becoming unavailable for hire.

SERVICES
For your convenience not only is quality linen, doonas and pillows supplied. Personal towels, toilet paper and soap, tea-towels, dishwashing liquid and cloths, scourers, pegs etc are all provided.
The galley is fully equipped with quality crockery, cutlery, stainless pots and pans and cooking utensils. Use of crab pots, yabby pump, tender boat fuel and gas, fenders, adult & childrens lifejackets are all included in hire price.
For your complete peace of mind we offer to accommodate your vehicle/s for the duration of your houseboat holiday (see booking form).  
For a small fee supplies will be purchased for you and placed aboard or boated out to you.  
A full briefing is given by a qualified coxswain on the operation and safety aspects of the vessel being hired.  Aboard each vessel is an operations manual and comprehensive chart of cruising area.
